 note = {事業構想大学院大学では平成30年度，内閣府知的財産戦略推進事務局より委託を請け，クールジャパン活動を絡めた地域プロデュース人材育成に向けた教育プロジェクトを実施した。具体的には長崎県の離島である壱岐市を対象地域として選び，そこでクールジャパンを構成するコンテンツのひとつである現代アートをテーマとした地域振興の可能性を探るとともに，最もクールジャパン活動に好意的といわれているタイを結ぶ活動展開を行った。本稿では地域のクールジャパン資源（人的資源も含む）を発掘し，それを編集して新たな価値を付与した上で，海外に受け容れられる商品・サービスを具現化する地域プロデューサーの目指すべき人材像と，その育成手法について考察をしていきたい。, In this graduate school, in response to the a request from the cabinet office, I worked on a human resources education program aimed at regional development utilizing the practices of Iki. The purpose of this study is to contribute to the regional development of Iki with Cool Japan as its subject. It lies in raising the creative ability of the graduate students who participate through them further. Future prospects based on a record-keeping of project activities for up to three months are also discussed in this report. The project’s great achievement was made by putting theory into practice.},
