| 内容記述 | 低炭素社会移行のためには，再生可能エネルギーの利用を大幅に進めることは不可欠である。我が国のFIT制度は，総発電電力量における再エネ比率を高めるのに一定の成果を上げたが，地域・コミュニティレベルにおいて，その恩恵を十分得られるよう設計されてはこなかった。そのような限界を受け，本稿では，地域社会がとるべき現実的な道筋として，FITによる売電ではなく，再エネの自家消費普及モデルの検討を行った。このような事業構想を進めることは，地域の持続性を高め，より良い社会の実現につながる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | It is essential to widely promote renewable energy (RE) utilization for the low carbon transition. The Feed in tariff (FIT) in Japan has achieved a certain increase of the RE ratio for the total power generation, but it has not been designed to allow its benefits to be sufficiently felt at regional and community levels. In response to the limitations of the design, this paper examines the RE self consumption model, rather than selling electricity by FIT, as a realistic path for regional communities to take. Promoting such a project design will enhance regional sustainability and lead to the realization of a better society. | |||||
